Injection molded parts for filter and process technology

The production of injection moulded parts for filter or process technology requires strict quality standards to be met, as the moulded parts usually have to be resistant. It is not uncommon to use plastics that do not lose their high mechanical strength and rigidity even at extreme temperatures. Particularly important for these components are, among other things, high flame resistance, very low smoke emission in case of fire and low weight. The use of plastics that have these special properties requires a high level of materials expertise while maintaining minimal manufacturing tolerances.
